Track workout with Conrad at Shadle Park. 2 mile warm-up and strides. 2x400, 4x800, 2x400. The wind was harsh on the backstretch and most of the last turn. Probably cost us a minimum of 1-2 seconds per lap. Still managed to hit the paces prescribed by his last race results. Finished faster than we started which is great.
St. Paddy's 5 mile on Sunday we should both be under 29 minutes.
