Fartlek on the treadmill for an hour. 10 min warmup and then 1 mile every 10 min starting at 6:15, 6:07, 6:00, then moved on to 2 on 2 off 1@10.2 1@10.4 1@10.6 1@ 10.8 1@11.1 My warm-up and rest interval pace for this workout was 8mph or 7:30 pace.
Probably stil feeling the effects of the 20 miler on Saturday. Since I hit the wall I will probably not feel 100% until next week.
