Long progression run at home on treadmill. Started at 8min miles and progressed through the first hour to 7min pace. (8.05m) Increased the progression over the next 40 minutes, finished with a 5:50 mile and ran 6.25 miles.

Still absorbing the 2 1/2 hour run with Conrad from last week.
