Ran with Triathlon team, track session on the south hill. Been trying to do some or all of these workouts for a while. Felt stiff to start and then warmed up nicely. Effort was comfortable but not nearly what I can and should be doing. Mileage has been 12-15 for the last 4 weeks. This is my biggest week since my injury and am hoping I can keep it up.
