Ran with the girls CC team at the bowl and pitcher trails. Ran the first 4 miles as a warm-up at 7:30-8 min pace. Than rested and hit a mile at about 80% for me but a time trial for my girls team. Me and my newest phenom went 5:45, most were in the low 6's. Again started out stiff and felt better as we ran. I will probably not run again until Monday after my Chiro appt. Just doing drills and strength exercises.
