Easy progression run. Warm-up 1 mile at 8:40 then start progression at 7:25, next splits were 7:14, 7:04, 6:54, 6:45, 6:32, and 6:11. Felt really comfortable the whole time. Been sick since Friday, congestion mostly. Running helped!
