10 minute warm-up at 8.4 then 2min fartlek every 5 minutes, 15 repetitions. Started at 10.2x2 or 5:52/mile pace.
Added .2 every 2 intervals until I reached 11mph 5:27/mile pace then held for 7 intervals. This workout felt so easy, great day.
