Notes
Missoula Half Marathon, woke up at 3am Spokane time, took the shuttle to the race start, hung out for an hour. Ran through mile 8 with Zack. Left Zack and caught his younger brother who ran with me miles 11 & 12, left him at 12 and pushed a bit to the finish.
Felt pretty good throughout, a little tired (no sleep) and my back was tight at the finish. Sore today since there was a bit of downhill, don't think I could have run 6min pace the whole way, yet.
