I am thrashed again, Monday's and Tuesdays back to back kill me. I know that I come out of it feeling stronger by the end of the week, but the hard Monday and steady 90 minute Tuesday run just tear me up. Today's recovery run felt like a death march, I feel better now that I am done but I could also empty the buffet right now. Tomorrow is 12-16x300 at mile race pace. That should be fun!
