more left hip pain today, same as yesterday. calves felt a bit tight again too. felt fine otherwise though. knees hurt afterwards though.
I've been listening to Divergent on audiobook during my runs. that helps a bit to keep my mind occupied.
it's funny to see how 5 miles is no big deal now, when i couldn't even run 1 mile 6 months ago.
