I got a watch that tracks laps so I figured, hey. why not track every quarter mile?! I don't know if I'll do this every time, but hey, my watch does all the work so why not.
I seem to run way too fast in the gym on weekdays, when there's more people on the track (having to run around people) and when i want to impress the cute guys, hah. Definitely should have slowed down some but ah well. It's a good thing I'm taking a step-back week this week though, I think. maybe/hopefully this will clear up the knee issues i've been having.
