not bad. should've run the second one slower, i'm sure, but i was actually on track the first 6/8 of that mile. then the last 2/8 there were too many slow people i was running around, just figured "screw it" and finished fast.

knees felt great yesterday, and feel great again today. and no lower back pain! and no right hip flexor pain! Man, I'm glad I took the week "off" this week. I'll do 3 miles on Saturday then get back to my normal training plan next week.
