Notes

Run today wasn't bad. treadmill still sucks, it's super boring and sorta dizzy-ing, but it's only 20minutes. I can put up with it for that long.

Thinking I'll definitely take a step-back week this week, throw a slow week in there before getting back to my program. on Tu-Th-Sa I'll do 2-2-3 instead of the 4-4-6 i was set to do. Today wasn't as bad as yesterday, but I really want to make sure I'm all healed up and recovered. Can't do me any harm, physically, and a week's delay is no big deal in the grand scheme.

at the end of my run today my heart rate was somewhere around 127. By that point I'd been walking for a bit, so it was down from it's max I'm sure, but based on the chart on the treadmill it seems like that's about where I want to be? who knows. i think those things are never accurate anyway.
