Hot, muggy, and clear. I ran the first half mile at 12:00 pace and obviously could not sustain that. Burned out quickly, around 1.25 miles I got a sharp pain in my right knee and could feel the sun poisoning coming on. I made the prudent decision to stop at one lap, 1.6 miles, to prevent injury. I'm not happy with today and I'm not completely sure why I didn't have it in me, but I put in good miles this week so overall it's okay.
