Week 6, Day 3 Instructions: Run 25 minutes or 2.25 miles.

Could not run the whole distance, so did this for time instead. Distance is the ultimate goal so will repeat this workout until I can make the total distance required.

There was a great deal of humidity and I was tired. This was the maximum effort yet--was stumbling toward the end, and feeling a bit sick. I think I probably pushed myself the hardest yet, quite probably too far.
