Notes
Earned some HTFU points by running in the rain. :) Had to go 2.5 miles for Week 7, Day 3. It was nice and easy, I my pace felt very natural and I was in a phenomenal mood right from the start. I enjoyed the entire run, though of course it got harder around the 1 mile mark. I ran an extra .1 mile just to give myself a little boost.
Phenomenal, easygoing run. I enjoyed it so much I don't even mind that my pace slipped. I didn't have to force a single thing. No complaints.
