I committed to 1 mile today because I was feeling kind of burned out. But once I got on the trail, at a significantly faster pace than usual, I didn't want to stop. I sweated quite a bit, but I actually was able to maintain the faster pace throughout the entire run, with occasional slowing down just to get another wind. It was a beautiful run, it felt tremendous, and I think all the veggies I had right before hand, and the quinoa, really helped. I couldn't be happier with the way things worked out today.
