Sweat, sweat, sweat, more sweat.

Last 5 reps of each set was a strain, but I pulled it off. Calves get the hardest workout because the other leg exercises hit 'em up.

Abs were HARDCORE today--I love it! This was a very successful workout. I can feel the muscles growing. Burn that fat, muscles! Burn that fat!
