Because of the cool down, pace times may not be exact. Pace varied between 15:30 and under 13:00. I was able to stay at an under 3:00 pace for 3 minutes straight! I was very proud. For some reason I always feel like I have to work harder on a treadmill.
At any rate, it was a beautiful workout. My heart-rate may have been a little too high, but I was delighted to be able to run at an under 13:00 pace for part of the run.
