Ran w/ Deborah & Lisa...they had the brilliant idea to run to Big Peach and back. Stopped in for a Gu and continued to Webb road and returned the way we went out...continued at the sign to 4.5mm and back to make 10 miles. HOT, HOT!! if we are going to do this run again, we will start MUCH earlier!! felt good but ready to be done!! shins are still sore even with slower pace.
