Notes

Had PT appt 1st, then went to trail to run while I was loose. Woke up extremely sore, mainly d/t speedworkout on Wednesday. PT really helped. Ran 1/2 on treadmill before stretching, then Froum to Scott and back. Out in 15:24, and back in 14:19 (29:43). Felt good.
