Day 731/2 year mark! Melanie ran with me to celebrate my 2 year anniversary run. I enjoyed the run, but I am very disappointed about my weight. Today marks a new high this year and I now know the key is snacks. When I stay away from the chips, Chocolate bars, McFlurries, cookies and other "junk food" items, my weight goes down. My amount of running is not the variable.
Last night I broke my situp streak (@ 46 days). I just forgot. Tonight I'll start again.
