Notes

Hugh's Hulen Hills route plus 1 mile on the trail for 8. Made myself get up. The run felt effortless but not so much for everyone around me. I'm in better shape than I think as evidenced by a better 5K time than I thought I was capable at St. Pats and Nut race. It will be interesting to see what I run the Sedalia 1/2 in.
