COMMENTS: Another beautiful morning without high humidity. Only 40% this morning with a gentle breeze out of the south. Ran up to John's then Garth to Texas to Creasy Springs, into cemetery and around to skate park, then took trail to Garth to home. Nice run except it felt harder than the pace shows. Also, I had some weird pain in my Left upper Quad. Never have felt it before.
