90 degrees really made this challenging, but I slowed it down and monitored myself closely. Luckily there was a wind out of the south and it cooled me for most of the run. I planned on doing 8, but noticed that 8.3 would put me up two places on the total miles for the week with the Lunatics (into 3rd place). Silly I know, but those little things make me go just a bit further! Home to trail, around pond to Cosmo, through park to I-70 drive, to CS to Texas To Garth, home. Nice rolling hills and Bear Creek Hill for confidence.

Finished at pool and jumped in for an awsome cooldown. That is such a great feeling when your core temperature is so elevated.
