COMMENTS: Ran 10 minutes after riding 10 miles. Ran from home to trail, out a mile and back. Negative splits. Felt good, but R knee hurt a little and I may need to retire these shoes. When I run fast it hurts the ball of my foot where I got bad blisters at Sedalia 1/2 Marathon.
