Ran to Walton track with Tom, James, and Christina. 2 mile wu in 17:42, 2 mile wd in 16:49. 10 400s with 200m jog. 200 jogs averaged 70sec. 82, 82, 83, 81, 82, 81, 83, 83, 83, 80. Tough to get "up" for this workout and difficult to do mentally because I haven't ran hard for so long. I was disappointed with the times, but it's just a starting point I guess. I plan to make this a weekly event and hopefully it will get easier to get "up" for.
