COMMENTS: Ran with Lunatics. Most of Tayside course but ended at 16.8 (or so) Ran most of run with Raymond, Andy and Christie (new to the group). Melanie came out and ran too. She ran 14 @ 8:58 pace, with her last 4 @ 830 average. Only problem was not having enough water, like last week. Not nearly as humid today though, and there was even a nice breeze for some of the run. This was very easy for me and I can feel myself getting stronger. May want to shoot for a PR @ New York.
