COMMENTS: Took off at about 6:42 pace and picked it up. Tom lapped me once and averaged about 6:17. He did the most laps (38) and Matt Drier ran about a 6:32 average (37 laps) for 2nd. My average of 6:36 got me third (37 laps). I felt great and have about a 1:24 half-marathon in me. Melanie ran well and averaged 8:12 a mile after a 8 1/2+ mile warm-up.
