Ran 2 miles from home, alone. Beautiful this time of day. Ran down to trail and back.
Left house at 5:15am, drove to St. Louis. Plane to Dallas, then to Frankfurt, Germany. Left Dallas @ 2:50pm, landed in Frankfurt at 7:30 am. 9 1/2 hour flight (5150 miles). 1st time in Europe (or out of N. America, and almost 20 years in the military). 2 weeks in Germany for military training.
