Ran with James. We left from Lucy's Corner Cafe at 6am. Ran the race, changed, walked two blocks to the St. Pat's day 5K finish and watched the runners come in! Then, breakfast at Lucy's. Good run and James was holding tough even though he ran a hilly 8 yesterday morning. He's in great shape.
