Notes
Not my best race. Just bonked at 24 and could't recover. Went through 20 at just under 7:30 pace, which was my goal. Went through 24 at 7:40 pace (3:04:00) but knew I was out of gas. Last 2.43 miles in 29:47, OUCH! My longest run has been 14 miles and this is a lesson I seem to need to learn over and over. The weather was perfect and I felt great the whole race. Actually, I don't think I've ever felt better in a marathon. Once the glycogen ran out I just couldn't go.
