740, 728, 723, 710, 707, 705, 240 (0.4@633). I wasn't feeling too good this morning so I waited until this afternoon to run. Temp 34 with 16 mph winds from SE. Cold wasn't a factor and it was a good run. I'm finally feeling that I'm "running" on my training runs. Usually, I need to be feeling good at a 7:30 pace before I get this feeling. It's taken 61 consecutive days of base miles to get me here. The strength training has been an excellent addiction to the base miles. Since 1 Nov, I have done well over 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 15 pull-ups, and 30 curls a day average. I don't know my exact November totals, but in December I did 3,735 push-ups, 3,740 sit-ups, 1,000 curls, 1,000 extensions, and 632 pull-ups. I ran 155.2 miles (5 mile a day average). Today is the first day I've weighed in under 160 lbs since 1 Nov (158.8 today). I think the increased muscle has added some weight but I definitely have less fat. In old army fashion I checked to see how many push-ups and sit-ups I could do in 2:00 minutes. I did 61 and 80 respectively. I was disappointed in the push-ups but happy with the sit-ups. I was also able to do 14 pull-ups. That is up from only 3 on 1 November.
