Hilly course. I'm finally starting to feel like I'm running again. Still having some piriformis and hamstring pain, but it isn't getting any worse. I think the weights, pu, and su are helping. I'm starting to feel my core get stronger. 741,746,736,719,715,723,726,726,714,725 (313ft climb),708,645. Calories burned 2310. Elevation: Ascent 1990ft, Descent 1930ft.

Wanted to run with the Lunatics, but John bailed and I talked myself into getting another 3+ hours of sleep. I really enjoyed running at noon (not only having the sunlight but the warmest time of the day). Plus, I apparentlly ran a little faster.
