COMMENTS: Woke to 20-30mph winds and more snow. What a winter. 20 mile run cancelled. I went home got a few more hours of sleep then got a big breakfast and hit the gym. Ran 10 miles with incline at 1%. 1st 8 @ 7:30 then last in 7:08. This is the pace I need for a 3:15 marathon (7:27). Vert distance 530. Diet last couple of days and decreased motivation in conjunction with a cold made todays run lackluster to say the least. CAN'T WAIT FOR BETTER WEATHER!
