A tough day to run. We had meetings starting @ 7:30 and i just couldn't get a run in before we started. They kept us going at the meeting all day, then the awards dinner lasted untl 9:30 pm. I was exhausted, my throat was sore (turns out I was getting sick), and the run sucked. High winds had me feeling like I was running in place at times. The dust/debris blowing around made it even tougher!
