Notes

Legs really needed the 35 hours of rest they got prior to tonights run. The plan is to run easy tonight, 16 in the morning and then an easy 5 on Sunday. Ran 1st 3.5 with Maggie (26:49) then jumped on the treadmill (11:15 @ 8mph).
