COMMENTS: Friday, Don Corwin, Wilson North. My 1st spinning class. Robin encouraged me to go and I enjoyed it. Legs were using new muscles and I sweat like crazy, but heart, lungs and everything else weathered the workout fine d/t overall fitness.
