Ran on the Trail.
Did 2 mile warmup in 15:33
1 mile hard in 5:58
off to the woods for a sudden call of nature. Never knew leaves have a soft side and a rough side. Hmmm, learn something everyday.
1/2 jog in 3:56
1 mile hard in 6:10
walked a 1/4 because I didn't have 3 sub 6s in me and the woods visit took a bit out of me!
1 mile hard in 6:18. Very difficult but my goal was to maintain through a lot of discomfort so the end of the next 1/2 or full Marathon.
jogged a 1/2 warmdown in 3:45 after walking a while. Called it a day. Not how I planned it but glad I finished the workout and I feel good about it.
