COMMENTS: Standing at the starting line, the snow was coming down and i was in the crowd so I was warm. Absolutely beautiful. Took off conservative in 6:03, felt great and hit two in 12:00 sharp. Caught Tom at 2 then I kept picking it up and chased the crowd in front of me. Never looked back! Third mile in 5:46. I didn't know what to expect since I've been sick on and off for so long. Great race and I'm very pleased.
