Motivation was low today. Had planned to do a killer speed workout, but focused on work all day and intentionally put this off. Finally go on treadmill at 9pm and ran a 5k. Not gonna beat myself up on this since my training is coming along so well. Plan to do 22 on Saturday morning and log another great week leading up to Memphis!
