COMMENTS: 1st nice day in soooo long. I ran from home through the back of Vanderveen to new road and new addition, across creek on prairie road to Creasy Springs, to Texas to Garth, home. Very hilly and I loved it. Calves are still sore from weekend, but it's the cold that is still affecting me that's the worst. Coughing up thick sputum. Today is day 11 of the cold.
