Notes
Another windy, beautiful day. Ran this morning with Melanie (good to have her back out there) and Maggie. Wore a long sleeve shirt and regretted it. Legs were sore and the easy run worked out some stiffness. I plan to run again later. Nice and easy.
Forehead is sun-burned d/t not wearing sunscreen yesterday.
