Planned to take it easy today so I could do a 2 mile time trial tomorrow. I let everyone go but still ran faster than I should have. One mile warmup. 819, 741, 714, 716, 711, 700, 706, 654.
I ran in my new NBs and they were easier on my left foot blisters but rubbed another one on my inner heel. That's a new spot. I definitely need to continue rotating my shoes.
