Got up at 5:20 am. Got dressed to meet the Lunatics @ 6. Pulled out of the garage and made it a block before I turned around and went back to bed. It was cold, the roads were icey and motivation was low to say the least. I slept till 9 giving me a total of 11 hours. Finally ran at 4pm. Took Maggie for an easy 3, then called it a day. The legs were dead and I decided that I could just do my long run tomorrow.
