Notes

This run felt a lot better than the one earlier. I ran on the treadmill @ home and it wasn't 90 degrees like it felt @ Wilson's. I could have gone on and on, but I'll do my long run tomorrow. I'm just making sure I'm at least getting in 50 miles in week before tapering.

I'm really suprised with my weight this morning since I ate so much yesterday and only ran 3.
