Sedalia 1/2 Marathon went off without a hitch and it was a great day for running. Temps in the 50 with light wind and overcast.
I ran after we finally got to Dad's house and before a nap. Ran through the villiage to Claradon to 16th to HWY 65 to Dad's. I picked it up after I loosened up a bit and then felt pretty good. I'm recovering fast than I thought I would.
