COMMENTS: Ran 3 X 1 mile with a 1/2 mile jog in between. 1st in 5:54, 2nd in 5:53 and 3rd in 5:47. Great workout and I'm really starting to like this Wednesday speed-workout routine. I was super-stressed from work before this workout but I just ran it out!
