Notes

Still getting used to running this slow, but I love having a plan. Speedwork on Monday, Tempo on Wednesday, and race on Saturday. That really keeps me focused on taking it easy in between, and I can feel myself getting faster. Wednesday's workout was a tremendous confidence boost and I'm looking forward to finding a 10K next month.
