COMMENTS: Ran with Tom @ CMC am run. 1st two in 17something then negative splits down to about 6:45 to 6:50 for last 3 or so. Ran 6.66 loop (trail to prov. to green meadows to forum to trail) then toward scott and back for 9.5 total. Felt good. I'm finally healthy again.
